Where do the listings come from?

From Russian-speaking rental groups and channels on Telegram and Facebook across South Florida. We do not write the listings and we do not collect them ourselves: the data comes from third-party providers. We keep the list of groups current and show the source in every alert, so you can always open the original.

How does payment work?

You pay once for the pass you choose: 7, 14 or 30 days. When the pass ends, access ends and nothing else is charged.

What if nothing turns up during the time I paid for?

That means nothing matching your criteria was published in the groups we watch during those days. The bot only sends what actually gets posted. Widening the filter usually helps: add a neighboring zone or raise your maximum budget. You can change your criteria at any time.

Will the bot message the author for me?

No, you are always the one making contact. The bot gives you a direct link to the author and a ready reply you can send in one tap. That way the author hears from a real person, not from a robot.

Which zones are covered?

All of South Florida from West Palm Beach to Homestead: six zones, and you can pick one or several at once. The list of zones is in the “Zones” section.

Are you responsible for the accuracy of the listings?

No. We do not write the listings: we do not verify or edit them, we pass them on as they are and always give a link to the original. We do not screen for fraud either, so view the place in person and do not send money before you have seen it and signed a lease. The details are in the Terms of Use.

Do you guarantee I will find a place?

Honestly, no. The listings are not ours, and we cannot promise the right one will appear. What we do guarantee is speed: if a matching listing shows up in the groups we watch, you will know about it instantly.
